Your well-being is my ultimate concern. Since 2018, I have provided patients in the Donabate area with a wide range of massage services to suit their needs. Relaxation Massage

I am helping to relax the mind, body and soul with medium-strong strokes. An hour of distress and slow down.

Medical massage

Post-injury, sports injury and chronic pain treatment. A combination of modern fascial techniques, manual stretches and deep tissue massage.

Head & neck massage

30 min long deep relaxation treatment, medium strong or light strokes. Aim to release stress, anxiety and chronic head ache or migrane.

Personal data includes: your name, address, date of birth, telephone number, and email address, next of kin. This will only be collected if you voluntarily submit it to us.
Treatment data is relating to your health, and is collected for the purposes of clinical assessment, treatment or advice, and is necessary to be obtained in order to provide the most accurate service for you.

WHAT IS MY DATA BEING USED FOR?

When you contact Health1st Massage Therapy. we will ask you to provide your name, address, telephone number, and email address. This information provided will be used by Health1st Massage Therapy. to:

provide you with the treatment you have requested
respond to your questions or provide support
create your patient record and book your appointment(s)
send SMS updates regarding your appointments
contact you in the case of a data breach
provide you with advice, based on the information you have given

When you attend Health1st Massage Therapy. you will be asked to provide whatever further treatment data (only necessary/relevant to the treatment) to allow us to:

perform a clinical assessment for whichever treatment you have booked
provide you with appropriate treatment and/or advice

Health1st Massage Therapy. will never share your personal information with any other third party without your consent unless required to do so by law.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY DATA?

All of your physical/paper data is stored securely in filing cabinets in a locked office with one keyholder (with key in their possession at all times). All electronic communications are hosted within platforms which are SSL-secure, password protected and encrypted.

Your data will be held by Health1st Massage Therapy as long as is required by law.

IS MY DATA SHARED WITH THIRD PARTIES?

We do not sell, rent, distribute or otherwise sell your personal data to any third parties.
