FDM manual therapy

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY DATA?
All of your physical/paper data is stored securely in filing cabinets in a locked office with one keyholder (with key in their possession at all times). All electronic communications are hosted within platforms which are SSL-secure, password protected and encrypted.
Your data will be held by Health1st Massage Therapy as long as is required by law.
